07/01/2014· Hi. my lennox g51mp furnace keeps going into watchguard mode. this has happened before when its very cold (3f today) the temp in the house has dropped 5 degrees below the thermostat setting. the only method i''ve found to reset the furnace back to "normal" operation is to shut down the power to the unit for 1520 s then turn it back on.
