Hopper and Joey with Sling is DISH''s wholehome HDDVR receiver system. First, check the hardware: Make sure that the IR control cable is plugged all the way in and seated firmly in the back of the Slingbox. This is best done by unplugging the cable and then plugging it back in as you listen for that telltale "click." Doublecheck the positioning of the IR emitters (the clear bulb at the end of the IR Blaster cable).
STEP 9: Activate Your Hopper (Internet Connection Cont.) C Use your remote control to highlight the “Activate” button, and then press SELECT.
